Backflushing Mechanical Dust Collector adopts a circular body structure with uniform force, good anti-explosion property and compact structure. It adopts high-pressure fan to blow back and clean the ash, and is not restricted by the gas source conditions. It uses the resistance to automatically control the back-flushing to save energy and extend the bag. Use, other areas in the cold installation can be installed outdoors, can be widely used in machinery, casting, mining, smelting, building materials, food and chemical and many other departments.
The composition of Backflushing Mechanical Dust Collector includes:
1. Upper box: including the full-opening top cover of the dust collector, the clean room, the upper box, and the exhaust port after purification.
2, the middle box: including flower board, filter bag, skeleton, cylinder, air inlet, inspection door, observation hole.
3, the lower box: including ash bucket, star type ash discharge valve, support.
4, anti-air cleaning mechanism: including the arm, reducer, spout, drive shaft, anti-hair dryer, anti-dry pipe.
5, ladder platform: including straight ladder, in the installation of anti-dryer platform, top railings.

Working principle of Backflushing Mechanical Dust Collector:
The dust-containing gas enters the upper space of the filter chamber tangentially. The large particles and the condensed dust particles rotate under the centrifugal force along the wall of the tube and fall into the ash hopper. The small particles of dust are dispersed in the gap between the bags of the filter chamber and are retained by the filter bag. The purified air passes through the bag wall through the filter bag guide port on the flower plate. Collected in a clean room, inhaled by a ventilator. As the filtration condition continues, the dust remaining on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the airflow is gradually increased. When the set resistance value is reached, the self-control device opens Backflushing Mechanical Dust Collector for cleaning.
