Advantages:
1, the uncoiler and precision plate leveling machine optimization together, suitable for 0.3 ~ 1.5mm the plate for stainless steel plate, copper plate, aluminum plate and higher precision products leveling.
2, the upper roller board can lift type 45 degrees, easy for roller cleaning and maintenance, completely avoid the scratch of sheet materials.
3, leveling roller adopts independent transmission,up 9/ bottom 9 structure, with up leveling roller with auxiliary roller, it can adjuste the material bending direction according to requirement, the entire drive correction design, in order to improve the flatness of the plate surface, suitable for high precision machining requirements.
4, the drum is adjusted by the original score type adjustment mode instead of the traditional dial type regulating mode, without additional correction, debugging is more simple and accurate, longer service life.
5, leveling rollers uses bearing steel (SUJ2), after heat treatment, HRC60 degrees surface plating hard chromium, and then grinding, high hardness, high wear resistance, long life.
6, the machine adopts dual inverter control, can reduce scratch caused by initiating material , reduce the damage rate.
7, for long size materials, shear line can also be used.
