Application Scope

It is a fully automatic high-speed bagging machine, automatic weighing and filling machine, Automatic granule packing machine for 10-25kg open-mouth woven PP and paper bags.

Brief Introduction

Our new packaging machine unit designed for large bag of granule, powder materials in chemicals, fertilizer, feed, grain, seeds, food, rubber & plastic and other industries which has functions of automatic weighing, bag clipping, filling, bag sending, bag sealing etc. It can be connected with next steps equipment like palletizing robot etc. to realize large-scale package and unmanned operation of the stacking.

Each Parts Introduction

1. Weighing Machine: The part in contact with the material is made of 304 SS, other parts use carbon steel which sprayed with plastic. Metering speed: weighing controller and sensor, reserved for dust removal interface.
2. Empty bag storage: The part in contact with the material is made of 304 SS, other parts use carbon steel which sprayed with plastic. Electric power, reducer motor system.
3. Bag upper unit and Bag holding & guide unit: Delta servo drive system
4. Whole control cabinet: Self-developed patent system, widely used in automatic packaging machines, and gained a good reputation. Germany Siemens PLC control system and software system, France Schneider Electric and other high-end configurations. Germany Sick photoelectric control system, wire and cable and bridge wiring.
5. Bag sewing machine / Heat sealing machine: suitable for open mouth bag of woven bag, plastic bag, paper bag etc.
6. Stand-up bag conveyor: Made of carbon steel + PVC belt + stainless steel baffle guardrail, reducer motor system, Germany Sick photoelectric control system, etc.
7. Platform, guardrail, ladder: Carbon steel spray

Machine Features

1. The 2 empty bag storages can store 200-400 empty bags at once which can save labors cost.
2. We use famous brand of Weinview touch screen which is easy to operate and inside English language for customer easy understanding.
3. The bag sending unit uses three mechanical grippers to clamp the bag and send it to the designated position through the electric cylinder, which reduces the drop rate and runs smoothly and reliably.
4. The bag opening & material filling mechanism is composed of a base component, a bag opening component, and a bag clamping component. The entire operation runs smoothly and reliably, and the relevant movements are mainly completed by a robotic arm. The movements are coherent, coordinated and reliable, reducing the drop rate and instability.
5. The bag sealing machine is optional and we have different choices for customer’s different type bags. Such as bag sewing machine, folding sewing machine, paper wrapping sewing machine, heat sealing machine, 3 in 1 hot melt sealing machine etc.
6. The stand bag conveyor is composed of a motor and a guardrail. The motor uses a turbine worm gear motor, which runs smoothly and brakes stably. It can ensure that the bags on the conveyor are stable and reliable.
