Description of PVC pipe making machine :
PVC pipe extruder machine /PVC pipe making machine/PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the manufacture of the UPVC and PVC pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and drain etc.
This set is composed of conical twin-screw extrude, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter, stacker etc. The screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency control device. The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The haul-off machine has many models, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. It may choose visual blade or cutting type.The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency.
Our machine can produce the PVC pipe with diameter from 16mm to 630mm
GF series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, power cables and cable laying, and a variety of pipe diameter, wall thickness of plastic PVC pipe.
The traction machine has two claw, three claw, four claw, six claw, claw traction etc. Can choose the cutting type or planetary cutting type, with length meter and thickening device, the unit reliable performance, high production efficiency.
Our company can according to user requirements, with special device inner helix pipe production, the inner wall of the hollow tube and core layer foamed pipe unit replacement extruder, can produce PP, PE, ABS and PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and other pipe materials. Planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer numerical control, has the advantages of convenient operation, reliable performance and so on.
Process technology:
PVC powder + additive → mixing → spring feeding → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → haul off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack
