The P8 Security Tether alarmis ideal for retail store display product positioning, as a product sample theft deterrent, as a counterbalance or as a wire harness positioner. This P8 Security Tether Alarm ingeniously combine the recoiler function & alarm function into a pullbox housing. When cable cut, there can be light & sound alarming indication.

And the P8 security tether alarmwith many versatile cable ends can be widely apply for various retail display security for merchandise. This P8 security tether alarmprovides consistent, reliable tension at a variety of forces. It is offered with a maximum 140 cm cable and up to 1.2 pounds of force.
P8 Security Tether Alarmconfigurations are as following:
(Box of P8 security tether alarm is made of ABS plastic, with stainless steel cable winding onto the reel inside.)

P8 Security Tether AlarmOpertions:
1) Open the transparent cover by a tool. Remove the green battery spacer - on guard then (standby). LED light will twinkle every 10-30 seconds.Get lid on and have it tightened by screws.
2) Secure the recoiler to a display counter (by adhesive orscrews). Better keep the transparent cover to the outside so that function canbe reviewed & maintained timely. Fix cable end connector & makeconnector secured to the display merchandise.
3) Once cable cut, alarm will be triggered immediately. And theLED light will keep twinkling. The only way to turn off alarm is to take outbattery.
4) How to change battery:
Remove the transparentcover. Press two sides of the battery drawer to pull battery out from the box. Install battery according to the instruction on the battery drawer, put battery drawer back to the inside of the box. If battery is correctly installed, LED light will twinkle every 10-30 seconds.
