CRYSTAL BASE
PVB interlayer film is a glass material comprises a polymer resin, polyvinyl butyral , a plasticizer DHA plasticized by extrusion molding . PVB laminated glass film thickness is 0.2mm-2mm, inorganic glass has good adhesion , with anti- penetration, heat, cold , noise , UV and other features
PVB interlayer film is mainly used for the glass lamination between two or more pieces of glass into a layer of polyvinyl butyral PVB film as a main component . As PVB laminated safety glass , insulation, noise control and isolation UV and many other features , widely used in construction , automotive and other industries.
Security Features

Application method
Glass cutting and cleaning→PVB film lamination→Pre-pressure exhaustion→ High pressure formation
PVB film is separated with PE film, packed with aluminum foil bag and wood box outside. Sunshine, rain and violent vibration must be avoided during transportation. The film must be stored in clean freight house in case of direct sunshine.It must be stored under 20 ±5 °C must be stored in clean freight house in case of direct sunshine.It must be stored under 20 °C when package is opened with relative humidity of 20%-40%.
