Safety mechanism is smoothly engaged during injection and needle is permanently shielded to prevent accidental needle-stick injuries. The user is provided with audio-visual indication when the needle is locked out via Click sound and appearance of color-coded inner activation indicator. 【Safety Pen Needle IFU】

Step 1-3

Peel off the sterility protector.

Attach the insulin safety needle onto the pen by screwing it in clockwise.

Remove the outer cover.

Step  4-5

Insert the needle into the skin at a 90-degree angle in one continuous motion until clear shield retracts and inject insulin by depressing the pen button.

The safety mechanism is triggered when the insulin inejction needle is full pressed against the skin.

Step 6

Lift the pen straight away from the skin.

Remove the needle from the pen by unscrewing it counter-clockwise and simply dispose in a sharps container.
