China LCD Manufacturer Customized Segment COB HT1621 DP1621 IC SPI MUC Interface LCD Display Screen Module

Compatible with HT1621, DP1621 is a dot matrix memory mapping LCD driver chip, which can support LCD screens up to 128 points (32SEG*4COM), as well as LCD screens with 2COM and 3COM. The single-chip microcomputer can configure the display parameters and send the display data through 3/4 communication pins, and can also enter the power-saving mode through the command.

DP1621 chip features

◆ Built-in 256KHz RC oscillator

◆ It can be connected to 32KHz chip or 256KHz frequency source input

◆ 1/2 or 1/3 bias and 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 duty cycle can be selected

◆ Working voltage: 2.4~ 5.2V

◆ On-chip time-based frequency source

◆ The buzzer can choose two frequencies

◆ Power saving command can be used to reduce power consumption

◆ Built-in timebase generator and watchdog timer (WDT)

◆ Time base or watchdog timer overflow output

◆ Eight time-base/watchdog timer clock sources

◆ 1 x 32x4 LCD driver

◆ 1 embedded 32x4-bit display RAM memory

◆ Four-wire serial interface
