Container loading inspection at factory or  warehouse .

According to customer's requirements, the inspectors arrive at the designated factory or warehouse, inspect the quantity, quality, packaging, etc of the products, and supervise the whole loading process.
Main inspection contents:
1. Record weather conditions, arrival time of container, container number and vehicle number
2, check whether the cabinet is damaged, damp, odor, etc
3. Count the quantity of goods in the container, and record the number of external packing cases and pallets
4, random sampling, according to the normal test, and form a test report
5. Supervise the whole loading process
6. Record the seal number of the cabinet
7. Record the departure time of the container
Sampling service
At customer's request, This service may take samples at random for customers during the inspection process or send sampl to the laboratory designated by the customer for testing.

what we will check :

1. The products quantity is correct . 

2. All the products in the warehouse in good condition,  no canton wet . damaged .

3. check the carton material is strong enough .  not easy broken .

4. check the label/shipping mark/package method is correct.

5. check the container in good condition, no rust, leakage, damaged.

6. Monitoring the loading process. make sure the workers didn't load in wrong way. and no carton deformed or damaged.

7. check the correct Seal number. and the container locked well after loading.
