Introduction

QY stainless steel submersible pump oil immersed submersible pump 304 acid and alkali resistant irrigation large flow oil immersed pump

 

The water pump is composed of impeller, guide vane (guide shell), water inlet node, water outlet and other parts. The impeller is fixed by conical sleeve or key. The submersible motor adopts water filled structure. The stator winding and iron core are directly immersed in water, mainly used for motor cooling and sliding bearing lubrication. The stator winding of the motor adopts water-resistant electromagnetic wire, which has good water resistance performance. The rotor is of squirrel cage structure. The upper end of the motor is provided with a water injection hole and an exhaust hole, and the lower end is provided with a water discharge hole. The lower part of the motor is equipped with a thrust bearing to bear the axial force of the pump and the dead weight of the rotor. The extended end of the rotor shaft is equipped with a rubber sand thrower and a sliding frame oil seal to form a sand prevention mechanism, which can effectively prevent sediment from entering the motor.

 

The three-phase motor is divided into rolling bearing and sliding bearing. The sliding bearing adopts high-quality graphite sleeve and stainless steel thrust plate, which respectively bear the radial force and axial force of the electric pump when it works, with stable performance and reliable quality. The sealing ring and sand control cap constitute the sealing device of the motor.

 

The main advantages are: reliable operation, durable, easy to use, high power, less faults, low maintenance costs. As long as the motor is filled with water, it can run normally.

 

 

Application

Due to its special structure and less pollution to water source, this series of electric pump is a kind of water lifting tool which runs in the water with one machine and pump. It can be widely used in farmland drainage and irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, well water lifting, domestic water intake, water supply and drainage system of industrial and civil buildings, water diversion in hilly areas and drainage in low-lying areas.

 

3, Service conditions of QSP submersible pump

 

The electric pump shall be able to work continuously under the following conditions:

 

1. The medium temperature should not exceed + 25 ℃;

 

2. The pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;

 

3. The volume ratio of solid impurities is not more than 0.1%, and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm;

 

4. The power frequency is 50 Hz, the voltage is 380 V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 0.9-1.1 times of the rated value;

 

5. The diving depth is not less than 0.5m.
