Cornell type tester is suitable to imitate the spring mattress under human hip impact,to evaluate the function of fatigue life. Use the bottom round block to impact the surface of mattress and case spring unit,the impact can be repeated,controllable and countable.Evaluate their durability,and support strength ability of mattress and case spring unit.Measuring transformation of mattress and case spring unit by slot on the mattress surface.Impact the mattress with specific block repeatedly ,to evaluate the durability of mattress, and the retention of spring.
Features:
1. Imposed on a mattress on the pressure by a pressure transducer, pressure range 300KG.
2. Adjust the pushrod stroke on a mattress,the maximum strength= 1025N the minimum= 22N.
3. Pusher travel speed can be adjusted to approx. 160 week times per minute.
4. Suitable for mattress maximum dimension:2.3m*2.5m.
5.The computer program can make the complete test report according to data of the pressure transmitter and location of the transmitter.
