Application:
This machine is used to detect the twist test of mobile phone (mobile phone case). It adopts PLC and HMT control system. It can set the torque value to test the twist life. After seeing whether the phone function or the shape of the phone case is normal, it is counted once and for all. The touch screen screen is coordinated and displayed, and the operation is convenient. Meet the YD/T 1539-2006 standard.

Test purpose:

Test process description:

2. One end of the phone in the longitudinal direction is fixed in the twisting fixture, and the other end is placed floating (the bilateral gap is about 1mm) in the fixed fixture → the motor drives the twisting fixture to rotate in the reverse direction.
