ZL-8001B Computer Servo Universal Material Testing Machine is a new type of material testing machine combining electronic technology and mechanical transmission. It has a wide and accurate loading speed and force measurement range, and has high precision and sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. , It can also carry out automatic control tests of constant velocity loading and constant velocity displacement. It is easy and convenient to operate, and is especially suitable as a testing instrument for controlling product quality on the production line. This series of models is mainly suitable for non-metallic and metallic material tests with a test load of less than 10KN.
The Main Function:
It adopts imported photoelectric encoder for displacement measurement, and the controller adopts embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with powerful built-in measurement and control software, which integrates measurement, control, calculation and storage functions. It has the functions of automatic calculation of stress, elongation (need to be equipped with extensometer), tensile strength and elastic modulus, and automatic statistics of results; automatic recording of force or elongation at the maximum point, fracture point and specified point; dynamic display of test process and test curve by computer, and data processing, and data re-analysis and editing by graphic processing module for curve enlargement after the test, and printable reports. Product performance reaches international advanced level.
