The main controlled process conditions are pressure, mold temperature, and molding time. The molding method is also an extremely important molding method in the rubber industry. The rubber material is cut or punched into simple shapes, added to a heating mold, and vulcanized while forming. The product is also demolded while still hot. Many rubber model products, such as gaskets and shock absorbers (such as rubber rings and plates), are produced using this method.

Precautions for using the Rubber Hydraulic Vulcanizing Machine:
1. The operating pressure should not exceed the rated pressure. 2. The small size of the mold cannot be smaller than the diameter of the plunger. The mold should be placed in the middle of the hot plate; The working fluid pressure should be adjusted according to the size of the mold and the vulcanization time. 3. Keep electrical components and instruments clean, and ensure that each instrument is not struck or knocked. The host and control box should have reliable grounding. 4. If a malfunction is found, the machine should be immediately shut down for maintenance. Cut off the main power supply when stopping use. 5. All components of the machine should be kept clean, and the column shaft and guide frame should be lubricated regularly to maintain good lubrication.
