Introduction to PVC surface layer
Internationally recognized PVC courts are made of 100% brand new material, free from DOP, heavy metals, and zero methanol;
Conforming to EU testing standards, adsorption factors were added during the production process, resulting in TVOC emissions less than 100 μ G/m ³, No harm to the human body; Easy maintenance in the future;
It is suitable for indoor Basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, badminton court and other professional competition venues.
Materials:Mainly using modified PVC materials, supplemented by coarse mesh cloth and fiberglass cloth.
Product characteristics:
(1) Good weather resistance, water resistance, high density, good stability, good wear resistance, and professional slip resistance;
(2) Super strong stability, the floor does not shrink or deform;
(3) Anti bacterial and antibacterial treatment to inhibit mold growth;
(4) Good resilience while better protecting athletes' ankle and knee joints;

Stadium Standard Specifications:
(1) Boundary color: white.
(2) Court color: Different colors are required for the court area and buffer area, with green for the regular home court and red for the secondary court.
(3) The courts are divided into indoor and outdoor types, and indoor courts can be shared with volleyball courts.
(4) Outdoor venues generally require a north-south orientation of the long axis.
Stadium size specifications:
1. The size within the main functional line (excluding the functional line) is a standard fixed size;
2. The overall size of the site can be adjusted ± according to the actual situation on site;
3. If the site size is limited, separate drawings can be provided according to the actual situation.
Installation method of PVC floor adhesive:
(1) First, polish and clean the ground base to remove dust.
(2) Apply the adhesive evenly on the base layer surface with a toothed scraper, and lay the boards in sequence from the inside to the outside. After laying a construction surface, use a roller or push plate to compress and compact it.
(3) After the board is laid, determine the dryness of the cleaning agent based on the temperature, and then proceed with welding of the board joints.
(4) Use a V-shaped trenching machine to start digging to 2/3 of the floor thickness from the center of the connecting line. Cut off the welding rod based on the length of the joint. Connect the power supply and preheat the welding machine to 200-220 ℃. After preheating, insert the welding rod into the welding machine and weld the 3mm welding rod at a pressure of 2kg/cm2 starting from the top of the joint.
(5) After the welding rod cools down, use a shovel to cut the excess welding rod above the board surface flat. During operation, be careful not to damage the floor surface.
(6) After the adhesive is fully bonded, the first maintenance should be carried out immediately. After completion, thoroughly clean or use a vacuum cleaner to remove all residue from the ground. Do not use the site within 24 hours after completion.
Use and maintenance of indoor PVC flooring:
1. Precautions for daily use of PVC flooring:
(1) PVC flooring is an elastic flooring that is different from other hard flooring. Sharp objects should be avoided from scratching the floor surface and dragging heavy objects to avoid scratching the floor surface.
(2) In situations where the external environment is dirty, it is best to place a shoe mat at the entrance to reduce contamination and wear on the floor, while also providing convenience for cleaning.
(3) Do not use soap powder and detergent to clean the floor, as this will not effectively clean the floor, and the saponified substance on the back is more likely to retain dirt.
(4) Do not place solvents such as strong acid, strong alkali, toluene and Lacquer thinner on the floor surface.
2. Daily cleaning and maintenance of PVC flooring:
(1) Dry cleaning method: You can use a dry mop to clean the floor, and if you encounter stains that are difficult to remove, you can use a detergent to assist in removing them.
(2) Wet cleaning method: clean the floor with a floor mop that wrings out the water, and add Floor cleaning to the water to enhance the cleaning effect. It is not allowed to wash the stone floor with a large amount of water.
(3) Sharp scratches can be gently polished with fine sandpaper to remove the scratches, then waxed and polished.
