Structural Features
 

1. The extruder can be equipped with a head, and clients can also choose to equip it according to their specific needs.

2. The extruder body is designed with a spiral water vapor channel, which ensures effective temperature control. It is equipped with a thermostat, thermometer with thermocouple, and a feed roller at the feeding mouth to enhance the feeding process.

3. The screws and bushings are made of nitrided steel and undergo nitriding treatment to ensure sufficient strength and wear resistance.

4. The rubber extruder is equipped with a reducer, which can be either the ZLYJ (hard-tooth) series or the ZQ (ordinary) series. The ZLYJ series features precision-carburized and ground cylindrical gears, resulting in low noise, long life, and high resistance to force. The ZQ series, on the other hand, is a relatively standard reducer with slightly higher noise levels and a shorter lifespan.

5. This machine is driven by a frequency conversion motor, allowing for easy control of the specified speed range.

6. The pipeline of the machine allows for the passage of steam and cooling water, enabling heating and cooling of the body and screw.
