1. Product Application

Difference between pin extruder and exhaust extruder:

1. No vent on the barrel of the pin-type rubber extruder
2. The pin on the barrel of the rubber extruder can increase the pressure of the rubber extruder
when the equipment is running Pin type rubber extruder is mostly used for rubber tube extrusion production, so we are also called rubber tube extruder
 
Exhaust Extruder: Since the exhaust port is connected to a vacuum pump There are two sections of screw inside the barrel. After the first section of screw passes the feeding section, plasticizing section and homogenizing section, it basically reaches plasticization. When the molten gas mixture is pushed to the second stage screw, it is further plasticized. Under relatively stable conditions, the melt is squeezed towards the abrasive.

2. Main Features

1) The cold feed rubber extruder is simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.

2) The cold feed rubber extruder adopts advanced world famous brand components in hydraulic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.

with side rolls for the enhancement of feeding capability.

6) The screws and bushes are subjected to nitrogenation treatment to get enough strength and wear-resistance.
7)The reducer has a forced lubrication unit,which is featured by high transmission efficiency,long service life and low noise.
8) The machine is driven by a variable-speed motor.
9) The side rolls are designed as side-open type for easy rubber removal.
