Our calenders, furthermore, through shifting of rolls, roll bending, cross-axis and pre-loading, can be enriched by the most advanced automatic control and adjustment systems for thickness and profile of the film. These mechanisms, can be integrated with electronics, in order to offer calendering process control by gathering and automatically adjusting all precision production parameters. For the production of tires, in the end, the different types of plant or configurations is determined by the specific rubberizing technologies.

2. Features of Rubber Calender Machine, Four Roll Calendering Line
Calender machine Roller: is made of Chilled Cast Iron alloys, whose work surface has high Calender machine hardness,wear-resistance and durable life.
Calender machine Rollers' gap adjustment: manual or electric mode
Calender machine Roller bearings' lubrication: dry oil or thin oil by manual or electric mode
Calender machine Bearing bush: nylon sleeve,copper sleeve or double row spherical roller bearing
Calender machine Motor: ordinary or frequency motor
Calender machine Reducer: hard tooth surface reducer
1) The bedplate is whole model, installation convenience.
2) Rollers are made of chilled cast alloy iron, the working surface of roller is hardness and smoothly. steam and cooling water can pass through inner of the rollers so that surface temperature can be adjustable.
3) Adopt roll bearing, high precision, long service life, axes pathway is no abrasion.
4) Full range of bending deflections is optional including middle height, inflection and axis crossing.
5) Adjusting spacing device is consisted of one left and one right hand wheel. The bearing bases need is moved and reached nip by worm and worm wheel. Roller space can be adjusted manually or by electric motor.
6) Roller arrangement can be "I" type, "F" type, "Z" type, "L" type and "invert L" type.
7) The speed reducer is the hard-tooth surface gear reducer of Class 6 precision, which has long service life and low noise.
8) Perfect emergency stop device can ensure the safety of person and equipment.
