1. Basic structure:
- Roller: It is the core component of the mixing mill. 450mm refers to the diameter of the working part of the roller. 2. Working principle: When the mixing mill is working, the two rollers rotate relative to each other at different linear speeds. The raw rubber or rubber material is placed on the top of the roller. In the roller gap, the rubber material is subjected to strong shearing and extrusion, causing it to deform, thereby increasing the interface between the components and achieving distributed mixing. 3. Performance parameters:
- Roller linear speed: The linear speed of the front roller is generally around 18-25m/min, and the equipment produced by different manufacturers may vary. The linear speed of the roller will affect the mixing effect and production efficiency of rubber.
- Speed ​​ratio: The speed ratio of the front and rear rollers is usually around 1:1.27. The speed ratio is set to make the rubber receive better shearing effect between the rollers and improve the quality of mixing.
- One-time feeding amount: The one-time feeding amount is generally between 25-50kg. The specific feeding amount needs to be determined according to the type, formula and processing requirements of the rubber.

4. Use:

I. Preparation before starting
