1. Raw Material Preparation:

2. Mixing:

3. Calendering:
- The mixed rubber compound is passed through calender machines to form thin sheets of specific thickness and width.
4. Cord Fabric Preparation:
- Steel or textile cords are prepared for reinforcing the tire structure.
5. Building the Tire:

6. Molding and Vulcanization:
