Structure and Components

Working Principle
Feeding and Mold Closing: First, place a certain amount of pre-mixed rubber raw materials in the mold of the vulcanizing machine. Then, the pressure system drives the mold to close, sealing the rubber raw materials in the mold cavity.
Vulcanization Process: The hot plate system starts to work, transferring heat to the mold and rubber raw materials. When the set vulcanization temperature (usually between 140 - 180°C) is reached, the vulcanizing agent in the rubber raw materials begins to react chemically with the rubber molecules. Under the pressure applied by the pressure system (for example, 3 - 10MPa), the cross-linking reaction between rubber molecules accelerates.
Mold Opening and Demolding: After the vulcanization is completed, the pressure system releases the pressure and the hot plate system stops heating. The mold opens and the vulcanized rubber floor tile is removed from the mold by a demolding device or manually.
