Product Introduction

 

Structure and Components

• Main Frame: Usually made of high-strength metal structures, such as welded high-quality steel, providing stable support for the entire vulcanizing machine and ensuring the dimensional accuracy of vulcanized products5.
• Hot Plate System: The hot plate, made of high-quality alloy steel plates, has heating channels or heating elements inside. It has good flatness and thermal conductivity to ensure the uniform heating of rubber floor tiles5.
• Pressure System: Composed of hydraulic cylinders and related hydraulic components, it can generate huge pressure through the drive of hydraulic oil and evenly apply the pressure to the mold and rubber materials5.
• Mold System: The mold, usually made of high-hardness and wear-resistant steel, is processed according to the design requirements of rubber floor tiles. It can be a single-piece or combination type, and is closely matched with the hot plate and pressure system to ensure the precise molding of rubber materials5.
• Control System: Based on a programmable logic controller (PLC), it can realize automatic control. Operators can input vulcanization process parameters through the touch screen or control panel5.

Working Principle

• Feeding and Mold Closing: First, place a certain amount of pre-mixed rubber raw materials in the mold of the vulcanizing machine. Then, the pressure system drives the mold to close, sealing the rubber raw materials in the mold cavity.
• Vulcanization Process: The hot plate system starts to work, transferring heat to the mold and rubber raw materials. When the set vulcanization temperature (usually between 140 - 180°C) is reached, the vulcanizing agent in the rubber raw materials begins to react chemically with the rubber molecules. Under the pressure applied by the pressure system (for example, 3 - 10MPa), the cross-linking reaction between rubber molecules accelerates.
• Mold Opening and Demolding: After the vulcanization is completed, the pressure system releases the pressure and the hot plate system stops heating. The mold opens and the vulcanized rubber floor tile is removed from the mold by a demolding device or manually.

By Heating Method

• Steam Heating Vulcanizing Machine: It heats by introducing high-temperature steam into the heating plates of the vulcanizing machine. It is necessary to connect to a steam source, usually used in factories with central heating or self-provided steam boilers2.
• Electric Heating Vulcanizing Machine: It uses electric heating elements to generate heat. The heating speed is relatively fast, and the temperature control accuracy is high. It does not require complex external facilities such as steam pipelines and is easy to install and use, suitable for production environments without a steam source2.
• Heat Transfer Oil Heating Vulcanizing Machine: The heat is transferred to the heating plates through the circulating heat transfer oil. It can provide a stable high temperature, which is suitable for the production of rubber floor tiles requiring a higher vulcanization temperature2.

By Pressure Generation Method

• Hydraulic Vulcanizing Machine: It uses a hydraulic system to generate pressure. The pressure can be precisely adjusted and can provide large pressure, which is suitable for the production of rubber floor tiles of various thicknesses and sizes2.
• Mechanical Vulcanizing Machine: It transmits power to the pressure device through a mechanical transmission mechanism to generate pressure.
