Basic Introduction

 
It is mainly used to vulcanize conductive rubber ceramic parts. Through a combination of temperature, pressure, and time control, it enables the conductive rubber and ceramic materials to undergo a vulcanization reaction, thereby forming components with specific shapes and properties. Working Principle

 
  • Heating System: It usually adopts electric heating or other heating methods. The heating elements are evenly distributed in the hot plate of the flat vulcanizing machine to ensure that the conductive rubber ceramic materials can be uniformly heated. As the temperature rises, the rubber material gradually softens, facilitating the vulcanization reaction and molding.
  • Hydraulic Pressure System: The hydraulic system generates pressure to drive the movement of the piston and the lower template platform. When the oil pump is started, the oil in the oil tank enters the control valve through the oil pipe and is then delivered to the oil cylinder. The pressure in the oil cylinder makes the piston drive the lower template to rise and apply pressure to the conductive rubber ceramic materials placed in the mold. This pressure ensures that the materials fill the mold completely and are closely combined with the ceramic parts to avoid the formation of voids or bubbles.
  • Vulcanization Process: Under the combined action of appropriate temperature and pressure, the rubber molecules in the conductive rubber ceramic materials undergo cross-linking reactions and are converted from a linear structure to a network structure. The conductive rubber and ceramic parts are firmly bonded together, and the parts obtain stable physical and chemical properties and electrical conductivity.
