Weathermatic Valve Kit Replacement Custom Size Nitrile Rubber Diaphragm
The main reasons for the failure of the spool of the pneumatic control valve are:
(1) The sealing ring is aging. Due to the quality of the valve, the sealing ring is seriously aged, resulting in the valve seat (core) of the pneumatic diaphragm control valve being easily penetrated by the medium.
(2) The tar stains are bonded and blocked. Because the gas contains impurities such as tar and water, it is easy to bond and accumulate on the inner wall of the pipe, and the valve chip is coke and scale, which makes the pneumatic membrane control valve unable to operate.
The solution to the problem of easy rupture of the diaphragm of the pneumatic control valve:
(3) Ensure that the gas source of the instrument is clean and dry.
(4) Replace the air filter pressure reducing valve.
(5) Adjust the air source pressure to 140KPa±5KPa.
Diaphragm is an important component of pneumatic diaphragm actuator, when the air source is normal. If the actuator does not move, you should think about whether the diaphragm is broken or not installed properly. When there are defects such as sharp corners or burrs on the surface of the metal contact surface, the diaphragm will be punctured, and the diaphragm must not leak, the diaphragm has been used for too long, and the material quality will also affect the use. Before installation, check the parts for bumps, damage, deformation, peeling paint or other abnormal phenomena, and replace them if they are defective. Replaced parts must be inspected and qualified before they can be used, and records should be kept.
