Flanged metal hose:

• Made of stainless steel 304, with a nickel content of 8%, it has strong corrosion resistance. Long service life, withstand high temperature without deformation and damage.
• The wave spacing is dense, and the weight of the bellows meets the standard. Long fatigue life and long service life. High-quality 304 steel strips are used to make tube blanks, which are resistant to fatigue, high temperature, aging, rust, and leak-proof absorption, which is safer.
Flange type:
The joint of the metal hose with a diameter of more than 25 mm is mainly flanged under the condition of general working pressure, and it is sealed in the form of tongue and groove. The looper flange, which can rotate in the radial direction or slide in the axial direction, connects the two bodies under the action of the tension of the fastening bolts. The structure has good sealing performance, but it is difficult to process and the sealing surface is easily bruised. In special occasions requiring quick release, the holes through which the fastening bolts pass can be cut to form a quick release flange.
