The main reasons for the rupture of the diaphragm of the pneumatic control valve are:
(1) There is a lot of moisture in the air source. Due to the blockage of the amplifier due to moisture, oil, dust, etc. in the air source, the positioner of the pneumatic diaphragm control valve cannot work normally, resulting in the rupture of the diaphragm.
(2) The air source pressure is high. Due to the quality problem of the air filter pressure reducing valve, the pressure regulating function cannot be realized, and the air source pressure cannot be controlled at 140KPa±5KPa, which makes the air source pressure too large and causes the impact on the diaphragm of the pneumatic film regulating valve.

The main reasons for the failure of the spool of the pneumatic control valve are:
(1) The sealing ring is aging. Due to the quality of the valve, the sealing ring is seriously aged, resulting in the valve seat (core) of the pneumatic diaphragm control valve being easily penetrated by the medium.
(2) The tar stains are bonded and blocked. Because the gas contains impurities such as tar and water, it is easy to bond and accumulate on the inner wall of the pipe, and the valve chip is coke and scale, which makes the pneumatic membrane control valve unable to operate.
The solution to the problem of easy rupture of the diaphragm of the pneumatic control valve:
(3) Ensure that the gas source of the instrument is clean and dry.
(4) Replace the air filter pressure reducing valve.
(5) Adjust the air source pressure to 140KPa±5KPa.
Pneumatic valve adjustment diaphragms are simply referred to as "pneumatic valve diaphragms." Pneumatic valve diaphragms are usually butterfly-shaped, with their sidewalls gradually drawn from the cylinder to the piston. It can be designed as a double layer to withstand pressure in both directions. Due to its wide convolution and tapered side walls, its ability to withstand high pressures is limited. The effective pressure will also change during the mid-range process.
