How to use :
1. Install the flusher (flush is optional, not included in the standard package) of the sitz bath bain.
2. First, pls clean the sitz bath basin and then smooth placed on the toilet.
3. According to the capacity of the sitz bath basin, put appropriate amount (1000-2000 ml) of warm water (about 104 ℉) to the basin.
4. You can also put aromatic herbs, hemorrhoids bath oil in the water.
5. Sit on the basin, squeeze the flusher to cleaning anal, generally, sitz bath 15 minutes is appropriate. For the people of frail elderly, just for cleaning, the sitz bath basin time can shorter, about 10 minutes is better. For prostate pain or hemorrhoids patients, patients should take one or two hot sitz baths a day, for about 15 minutes each.
6. Pls use the soft towel to wipe dry after sitz bath, wipe dry the genital and upper part of the bottom first, and then wiping the buttocks, finally wipe dry the anus.
7. Hot water sitz bath should be add more warm water when after water cooling. Pls do not sitz bath with hot water if you get tinea cruris or eczema.
