This is completely made of commercial quality nylon wire and steel , and both of these two material are imported from other developped countries , the point of wire rope is the safety and abrasion performance,for a important gym part ,both of these two points are essential . I'm sure you are not able to accept any wire rope without safety and abrasion performance .
We engaged in develping wire rope since 2002 , I never forgot the issue by damage for the first time offer , we didn't pay enough attention to the safety at the beginning of the production ,one of our customer asked us to make it as cheap as possible because they want to own the first step of the marketing which was very important for them . we didn't know the importance and impact by this once we did for them . we used common steel and economic pu wires helping them to reduce the cost ,they felt very happy when all wire ropes were finished up ready to he shipped . but actually they were not . they lost even much more than they expect to be worth supposed be .
In the first offer from them to the fitness clubs in a week , the material was broken which they never imaged it to be so fast like that . and the steel inside worked badly on the plastic pulleys which could easily to understand being much worse . finally the steel was also broken continurously resulting the weight plates dropped down hardly , trust me ,all gym in silence at moment . the clubs claimed to my customer ,finally we was not punished but with reputation impacted ,the business in their market was really bad , we never use bad quality material offering any customers even they requested sometimes. they never insist on asking for it after listening to the terrified story .
We began to engage in doing research develpping more and more ways of material use ,meanwhile ,we gave up to accept any economic material to be worried by anyone . gym business is not a common business just by buying and selling ,it is a healthy and nutural developped industrial which goes as well as safey .
