This is one set of weight plates for low weight exercise of jumping ,you lift in jumping to enhance the muscle weight more than only jump ,as you know well ,jumping is a aerobic which is not to help you to exercise your muscle ,but it is much better for both reducing weight and increasing muscle mass .that is the original aim with this design.

For designs ,no matter how the specification will be ,there must be some space of holes for gripping ,in addtion , also must have a middle circle for inserting the bars ,now here is the positon relates to big point os quality ,the tolerance of this middle hole is the only point for assemble in setting , the plates will be shaking when bar is little small while or you are not able to insert the bar if it is little bigger . for domestic market , it is probably not so serious but acceptable based on thinking of use , but for export ,no way ,you have to produce exactly as tolerance as drawing, the bar outerdiatmeter must be prefectly fit to the circle innerdiamater without any problem . this is helping to inspect the manufacture how exactly the qualtity will be with their production level .
