Muilti Arc Ion PVD Vacuum Coating Machine / Arc Vacuum PVD Plating Unit
The multi arc vacuum coating machine for decorative colors plating on various substrate materials like: Zinc alloy, metal alloy, stainless steel substrates, ceramics, glasswares etc.
The Muilti Arc Ion PVD Vacuum Coating Machine main components are: cathodic arc sources, arc power supply and bias power supply. We have been improving these items for a great quality of final coating finishing and ensure machine's stability.
The Cathodic arc power supply has DC and Pulsed models, stable arc current; accurate current control with low overshoot.
Except that, the whole coating unit design enable long none stop working time.
1. Structure: deposition chamber, vacuum pumps, arc sources, spindle & jack, jigs structure, heating & cooling, water & gas (distribution), electrical control & operation systems etc.
2. Coating Colors: gold, black, brown, grey, smoke, chroming, rose gold, rainbow, etc
3. Coatings properties: TiN, TiC, ZrN, CrN,TiAlN, with bright colors, strong adhesion & excellent scratch protection, fast deposition rate, good diffraction.
