Thin Films Deposition Vacuum Sputtering + Thermal Evaporation System Applications:
ABS one-time using tableware, EMI shielding and NCVM films in electronic products; Decorative items, Metallic finishing, Chroming, Aluminum metalizing purpose on plastic parts, construction material, atrs&craft etc.
Coating Functions: Protective coating, functional coating, decoration coatings
Film: Metal film, semi-transparent film, Mobile phone EMI, NCVM, Dielectric film; with proper coating process/ coating recipes, it can achieve desired results for such variables as thickness, uniformity, adhesion strength, stress, grain structure, optical or electrical properties etc.
Thin Films Deposition Vacuum Sputtering + Thermal Evaporation System machine, the model: RTEP-SP series consist of vacuum coating chamber , vacuum pumping system, deposition system, cooling system , electrical control system , workpiece rotating rack. It is a duel function peice of equipment, the evaporation function is a high quality coating aluminum on the surface of plastic, while the magnetron sputtering function is mainly specialized for plating stainless steel on the product surface.
