We developed and followed the PVD coating processes stickly. Exterior and Interior of PVD vacuum chamber cleaning ( ultrasonic wave cleaning, Plasma bomboardment cleaning) ; exteiror and interior of PVD vacuum chamber drying ( drying oven, inside of chamber drying by heaters up to 250℃ to improve the coating film adhesions)
What is PVD coating?
PVD coating, or Physical Vapor Deposition coating, defines a variety of vacuum coating methods. These coating techniques are used to apply an extremely thin film to objects that require protective barriers, decorative colors, or various other functional benefits. It is a typeof vavuum deposition process where a material is vaporized in a vacuum chamber, transported atom by atom across the chamber to the substrate, and condensed into a film at the substrate’s surface.
RTAS equipment consists of: vacuum chamber, vacuum pumps, arc sources
sputtering sources, spindle & jack, jigs structure, heating & cooling, water & gas (distribution), electrical control & operation systems etc. High lights of the design futures:

4. Multiple depostion sources for different substrates materials: DC sputtering source is for plastic coating under low temperature; MF sputtering for black color and rose gold colors generation, high density film deposition, no droplet, resolve target poisoning issue.
