Every step of your effort is worth counting
Press “ RESET/ON ” to start, an initial value will show 50 Kgs ( or 130 Lbs ), press “ SET ” and the W (weight) column will start to flicker. Now press “ UP ” or “ DOWN ” for adjustment until your weight is indicated, then press “ SET ” to complete input. The T (time) column will begin flickering at this time. Proceed to Workout Alarm Set.
* Weight value must be entered before use. Maximum 110 Kgs ( or 250 Lbs ) / Minimum 20 Kgs ( or 40 Lbs )
Complete Step 1, the T (time) column should be flickering now. Press “ UP ” or “ DOWN ” for adjustment until your desired time is indicated, then press “ SET ” to complete input. You should see the time set. A “ BEEP ” will sound when time is up, and all counting ( L-Lap, T-Time, C-Calorie ) will stop automatically.
