Equipment outage for a long time
1. If the EDI system is out of service for more than 3 days, it should be protected for a long time out of service to avoid the growth of microorganisms inside the EDI.
2. Cut off all power switches in the PLC control cabinet.
3. Allow the remaining water in the EDI piping system to drain to avoid stagnant water in between.
4. Close all system valves.
5. After restarting after a long period of shutdown, the membrane block may need to be disinfected, cleaned or regenerated.

Safety Precautions
1. When configuring the cleaning solution, you must wear protective clothing, protective glasses and protective gloves.
2. The equipment pipelines to be cleaned must be completely isolated from the connecting pipelines of other connected equipment.
3. The power supply of the equipment that needs to be cleaned must be completely cut off and there is a safety warning of "in operation, no power supply".
4. The cleaning working pressure during the whole cleaning process should not exceed 0.15MPa.
