③Pretreatment of feed liquid. The main objects of feed liquid pretreatment are suspended solids and pH value. The pretreatment method is selected according to the nature and needs of the feed liquid, and methods such as filtration, chemical coagulation and pH value adjustment, disinfection, and activated carbon adsorption can be used accordingly.
④Operating temperature. The operating temperature of the system mainly affects the viscosity of the operating liquid. Under the conditions allowed by the material of the membrane and the liquid to be processed, increasing the operating temperature is beneficial to increase the mass transfer efficiency and increase the permeable flux.
⑤ membrane cleaning. When the permeable flux of the membrane is attenuated to a certain extent, it is necessary to clean it. The cleaning methods of the membrane include hydraulic cleaning, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning, etc., which should be determined according to the properties of the membrane and the treatment liquid and the type of the membrane module.
