Features of Containerized Water Treatment Plant
According to a large number of practical studies, when the concentration of dissolved oxygen reaches 0.8mg/L, the removal rate of TN is higher, reaching about 86%. As the concentration of dissolved oxygen continues to increase, the removal rate will decrease. Therefore, it is shown that when the concentration of dissolved oxygen is maintained at 0.8-1.2mg/L, high-efficiency F/M and COD/N will promote simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.
Biological denitrification process is divided into nitrification and denitrification. When NO2- is directly used for nitrification reaction, it is directly passed through NO2- for biological denitrification. The chemical principle applied in this process is short-cut nitrification-denitrification. The applied principle of denitrification is to control the entire nitrification process in the nitrite stage to prevent the conversion of nitrite to nitrate.
MBR process is usually combined with A/O biological denitrification process, so that a better denitrification effect can be achieved. The key part is to strictly control the nitrification process at the nitrite stage. In related studies, by adopting the A/O-MBR denitrification process for wastewater treatment, it is only necessary to control the dissolved oxygen in the aerobic section at 0.5 mg/L, and the removal rate of NH4--N and the cumulative rate of NO2--N are both As high as more than ninety percent.
The anaerobic ammonia oxidation processes currently applied include SHARON-ANAMOX and CANON. Many researchers apply CANON process in MBR. In the process of wastewater treatment, the hydraulic retention time is shortened to a certain extent, and ammonia oxidizing bacteria can be quickly enriched at room temperature, and the chemical oxygen demand and total nitrogen content can be removed at the same time, and the removal efficiency is also relatively high.
Relevant researchers found that MBR does not effectively improve the removal efficiency compared with the traditional phosphorus removal process in wastewater treatment. When the anaerobic environment is increased, the removal efficiency can be increased by about 50%.
The batch-type membrane bioreactor treatment process is mainly through the effective control of aeration time to realize the anoxic and aerobic conversion in the time series. This removal process does not require the use of a reflux device for the mixed liquid, which can effectively reduce the difficulty of operation and the cost of investment. In addition, the phosphorus removal efficiency is relatively high, and the removal efficiency of industrial wastewater can be as high as 95%.
The application of MBR in wastewater treatment can rely on its membrane retention effect to promote nitrifying bacteria to rapidly multiply and survive in the MBR under short reaction conditions, and then carry out nitrogen and phosphorus removal, and its removal effect is also ideal.
