Ultrafiltration is a separation technique widely used.Mainly the use of polysulfone, microporous polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes (molecular weight cut thousands of ten thousands daltons) filter out impurities in the water can be removed more than 98% organic matter, to ensurethat the treated water is less than 1 SDI, the SDI value, the turbidity is very satisfactory.The pretreatment facilities are exempt large, does not need the coagulant, flocculation, comply with environmental requirements.

Raw water →raw water pump→ sand filter→carbon filter→water softener(optional)→security filter→ UF system→UV→pure water tank
Ultrafiltration technology has become an indispensable tool in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, electronics industry and environmental protection. The ultrafiltration technology has many advantages, it is often used as:
(1) desalination and concentration of macromolecular substances,
and exchange balance of macromolecule solvent systems.
(2) separation of macromolecules.
(3) de-pyrolysis of biochemical or other formulations.
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
e. UF membrane: replaced about every 2 -3years
We suggest customers buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to be replaced every month.
