1. Product Description
Ultrafiltration we also called UF, is the most widely used membrane separation technology, it is mainly used for separation of substances at high molecular level, it has very good effect on deeply reducing turbidity, clarification, sterilization, separation, concentration, classification and purification of macromolecular substances. In the field of water treatment, it can be used to remove suspend solids, colloids,particles, bacteria,pyrogen and macromolecular organic substances in water and make water purified.

Raw water →raw water pump→ sand filter→carbon filter→water softener(optional)→security filter→ UF system→UV→pure water tank
There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly.
a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
e. UF membrane: replaced about every 2 -3years
We suggest customers buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine. Because these PP filter cartridges need to be replaced every month.

1--Principle:Ultrafiltration membrane is a microporous filtration membrane with a rated pore size range of 0.01 microns or less.
2--Industry:Used in the separation,concentration and purification of biological products, pharmaceutical products and the food industry. It is also used in terminal treatment devices for blood treatment, wastewater treatment and ultrapure water preparation.
