The Reverse Osmosis Process uses a semipermeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, submicron, colloidal matter,viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called ‘’reverse’’ osmosis since it requirespressure to force pure water across a membrane,leaving the impurities behind.
