Synthetic fiber sling has advantages of high intencity,abrasive resistance,oxidation resistance,UV resistance.etc., meanwhile the texture is soft,non-conductive and non-corrosive(No harm to human being). And the sling is gradually taking the place of steel wire ropes in many areas. It is widely used in lifting work in steel plant, oil fields,ports,electromechanical industry,transportation and other fields.The slings can be grouped into four categories according to the appearance:round sling,round flat,double eyes round and double eyes flat. Execytive standard:JB/T8521.1-2007(flat sling);JB/T8521.2-2007(round sling)
Useful suggestions for the correct use of the sling:
The slings should avoid the harm of the sharp instrument when lifting the goods.
You can add the leather or polyester on the outer layer of the slings to protect it when lifting the goods.
Never use slings with damages or defects.
Only use slings with clear identifications.
Forbidden to tie a knot of the sling or link with a knot. You should link the sling with the right connecting piece.
