Is the dehumidification of the dryer must be caused by insufficient dew point?
Compressed air dryness refers to the amount of water vapor mixed in dry compressed air. When the water vapor content is low, the air is dry, and vice versa.
Compressed air dryness is measured by the "pressure dew point", the "pressure dew point" is low, and the compressed air is dry. Sometimes a small amount of liquid water is mixed in the compressed air discharged from the dryer, but this is not necessarily caused by insufficient dew point of the compressed air.
The presence of liquid water droplets in the exhaust gas may be caused by water accumulation in the machine, poor drainage or incomplete separation, especially the damage caused by the blockage of the automatic drainer. The venting water of the dryer is less than the dew point, which can bring worse adverse effects to the downstream gas equipment. The cause should be eliminated.
