Shanghai Rotorcomp Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers provide constant -40 °C pressure dewpoint.These dryers are designed to supply clean and very dry compressed air for critical applications.Pre-filters and after filters are supplied together with Özen Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers to keep the air stream clean and maintain the integrity of the desiccant medium. The so special valves and desiccant provide lowest pressure drop.

Thet win towers at HDR Desiccant dryers with high-strength structure and absorbent desiccant provides continuous cooling.

While compressed air drying by leaving moisture at first desiccant bed, the second desiccant bed simultaneously regenerated with service air to be ready for drying process.

Regeneration of desiccant at HDR Desiccant Dryers accomplished without use of heat. The wet desiccant bed dried by diverting a small amount of the dry air from the out which is close to atmospheric pressure. The purge flow rate is adjustable to match required dew-point as per outside conditions. The super dry air flows in a counter direction through the wet bed, sweeps all water vapour which absorbed by the desiccant.
