DESCRIPTION

• The Active Door operates to maintain temperature: the convection heating unit compensates the natural drop in temperature of transported meals.

• The Active Door is designed to evenly and progressively distribute the heat throughout the container’s interior; this system prevents spot overheating and overcooking, protecting the taste and the nutrients of foods.

• To extend food storage time safely in case of postponed service;

• when the isothermal container is not used at full capacity;

• in case of multiple-drop deliveries.

• The heating unit is equipped with a stainless steel internal protection to guarantee excellent impact and high temperature resistance.

• Internal stainless steel protection is designed to guarantee heating unit insulation against humidity and chance contact of the transported liquids.

• The door and the heating unit are easily disassembled without the need for tools. This allows easy cleaning and sanitising of the container.

• It allows to properly operate in HACCP environment.

1. This 120L ELECTRICAL HEATING BOX selects 500W, 220V or 120V power supply. With a ceramic heater, low energy consumption, fast heating, long working life.

2. The body adopts one piece roto-molded technology, seamless, high-impact resistance and rub resistance.

3. Leaking protection device on the power socket makes sure the safety.

4. Connected with power, the temperature inside quickly rises to 85°C, and then it can be maintained through self-regulation.

5. The unit will stop working automatically after 8 hours, please press ‘restart’ to continue working if necessary.

6. After the machine stop working, the temperature inside the body will only drop 1°C per hour under the normal temperature.

6. Digital display thermometer monitors internal temperature.

If mould: 50% deposit in advance ,50% before shipment
If product: 30% before shipment, balance should be paid before delivery

The delivery time is around 15-30 days after receipt of payment.

Please send us some pictures and designs for checking. lf you only have product pictures.we can design the drawing.

1. Please send us some pictures or drawing to checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference.
2. lf the quantity is large enough. we will make the mould based on your requirements, then produce for you. Otherwise, you have to bear the cost of the mould by yourself.

Of course. If you decide to make a new mould in our factory, we can offer you one piece of free sample, but the freight is
collected.
