Product Description
Solvent method (also known as slurry method or slurry method, slurry method) is the earliest polypropylene production process of PP products for kids. Process characteristics: (1) Propylene monomer is dissolved in an inert liquid phase solvent (such as hexane), and the solvent polymerization is carried out under the action of a catalyst. The polymer is suspended in the solvent in the state of solid pellets, and a tank-type stirred reactor is adopted; (2) There are deashing and solvent recovery procedures, the process is long, more complicated, the equipment investment is large, and the energy consumption is high. However, the production is easy to control, and the product quality is good; (3) The polypropylene particles are separated by centrifugal filtration and then subjected to airflow boiling drying and extrusion granulation.

If mould: 50% deposit in advance ,50% before shipment
If product: 30% before shipment, balance should be paid before delivery

The delivery time is around 15-30 days after receipt of payment.

2. lf the quantity is large enough. we will make the mould based on your requirements, then produce for you. Otherwise, you have to bear the cost of the mould by yourself.
