Desription
The Poly dosing systems is designed for optimizing the circulation water system,absorbed the advantages
of the same product on the international market that is a new generation of energy saving water treatment
equipment .The dosing device is include of solution tank,agitator,dosing pump,Y type filter,magnetic valve
,check valve ,pulse damper ,water level meter,pressure meter,control cabinet and installation platform to
installed on the foundation.
The device is placed in the dosing room,dosing tube is connected to the power supply that begin to
operate.During the operation process,it detecting the PH valve and add the relative liquid medisine that can
decrease the working quantity to realize the no worker to attended to ensure the safe operation.
The device can be divided into three categories according to the occasion.
1. Oil field dosing device. It is mainly used for injecting various liquids such as flocculants, scale inhibitors,
corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and the like into wellheads and other systems on the platform during oil
extraction.
2. Boiler dosing device. It can be used to add ammonia and hydrazine to boiler feed water, add ammonia
and hydrazine to condensate, add ammonia and add hydrazine to stop furnace protection, and add
phosphate to steam boilers, mainly for power plants and power stations.
3, water treatment dosing device. During the water treatment process, tap water, waste water, and sewage.
Mainly used for related water supply and drainage treatment, environmental protection and other
processes. Such as water plants, hotels, restaurants, swimming pools, sewage treatment plants.
