Due to the rotational molding process and the characteristics of hollow products, deformation caused by shrinkage will occurs when rotational molding products in the cooling and demoulding stage. Especially for the large plane rotational molding products, shrinkage deformation has almost become a barrier. In this regard, although, the selection of materials, the improvement of molding process, mold design and other aspects are made up, the design stage of product is should pay full attention to firstly reduce the possibility of causing such shrinkage deformation as far as possible.
