Product Application
Rotary Reversing Valve (two-way valve) in series THFX is used to change the direction of stock flow in pneumatic conveying systems. It can change the direction of flowing stock in the pipe without stopping the stock feed or air supply, and convey it to 2 destination choices. If several valves are used in group, the stock can be convenient i. It is widely used to change the flow direction in positive or negative pressure conveying and low speed conveying pipelines of powdery or granular materials such as flour, bran, starch, grain, feedstuff, sugar, chemicals, plastics, etc., and can convey the stock to selected destinations. However, it is not suitable for highly sticky materials.
Main Features
1) The Rotary Reversing Valve (two way valve) is mainly used for changing the direction of powder materials or small granular materials in pipes by pneumatic conveying system.
2) The Rotary Reversing Valve (two way valve) can be sent the material to two different locations during incoming material condition.
3) In the system line switching, the Rotary Reversing Valve (two way valve) provides two different lines to make the material into or bypass certain processing.
4) With pneumatic, electric and manual switching line way, the machine body material can be cast iron and stainless steel.
5) The Rotary Reversing Valve (two way valve) can be widely used in pneumatic conveying system of flour, bran, starch, grain, feed, sugar, chemical products, plastics powder materials or bulk solid materials in flour mills, food factories, chemical factories, feed mills, rice mills etc.
