TCX Series Magnet Separator adopts high quality stainless steel, and the permanent magnet our company developed adopts non-magnetic stainless steel to gather the magnetic force on the magnet ring to produce high magnetic field strength. Therefore, the TCX Series Magnet Separator has elegant appearance, simple structure, high efficiency, etc. Our company has following types of magnet separator:
(1)TCXT Barrel Type Magnet Separator, mainly used in the cleaning workshop of food processing plant.
(2)TCXC Slide Chute Magnet Separator, mainly used for the granular or powdery materials and the slide angle is not ideal for TCXT magnet separator. TCXC type can achieve the slanting installation as the tilt rag.
(3)TCXP Magnet Separator is suitable for the powdery material, mainly used before the packing of powdery material.
(4)TCXD Drawer Type Magnet Separator is suitable for granules and powder, mainly used in pharmacy, food processing, non-magnetic powder dealing, chemical raw material handling site, etc.
(5)TCXX Rotary Type Motor-drive Magnet Separator is widely used in getting rid of the magnetic impurities in sticky, lumpy materials and the material with low fluidity.

Product Introduction

TCX Series Magnet Separator is widely used in flour making, rice milling, feed producing, food processing, pharmacy, etc, with cleaning functioning in workshops by making use of the physical characteristics difference to get rid of the magnetic impurities and execute the basic cleaning task in workshops.

The Operation Theory of Magnet Separator is to make the magnetic impurities magnetized by the permanent magnet and absorbed to the pole board, to make the raw material go through the magnetic area and discharged through the outlet.

Processing Procedure

For every production step our workers are carefully finished. QC department is strictly following the quality standard by 100% inspection for all the products. Cheegers never stop studying,researching and developing new designs on rotary valves. Each year, we will launch new designs which suit different application conditions.

Packaging & Delivery

Apart from the standard rotary valves we have in stock, our rotary valves generally need 40-45 days to finish.

We will use plywood case to pack, which can avoid the fumigation.
