The Dust Collector Series rotary airlock valve stands out as a cost-effective and budget-friendly option suitable for general use beneath dust collectors, cyclones, and hoppers. It offers standard features that are usually exclusive to heavy-duty airlocks, providing excellent value for various applications in dust collection systems.
The structure of the rotary discharge valve:
The rotary valve is composed of a motor, a gear reducer (Y) or a cycloid reducer (X), a turbine reducer, and a valve body. The inlet and outlet flanges are square, round, rectangular, etc.
Features of the star unloader:
Utilizes the principle of planetary rotation, aligning input and output on the same axis directly connected to the motor, resulting in a compact, aesthetically pleasing, innovative, small-sized, and lightweight structure.
Ensures reliable and stable operation with low noise levels, minimal faults, extended lifespan, and employs ductile iron and bearing steel for the gearing components, offering outstanding performance and high reliability.
Keeps bearings and gearboxes separate from the valve body to prevent exposure to high-temperature dust. Features excellent sealing in the front and rear end covers to prevent dust leakage, enhancing the durability of moving parts and lubrication systems.
Demonstrates robust overload capacity, minimal impact resistance and inertia moment, ideal for frequent starts, reversals, and forward rotations.
Boasts a minimal gap between the valve body and the impeller rotor, ensuring high air tightness and an effective air locking effect to prevent air and material leakage.
