Description : 

Liquid mixers are mainly used for stirring and mixing after dosing in water treatment, so that the liquid can be mixed more evenly. They are suitable for mixing liquids and liquids, mixing liquids and powders, and mixing liquids and solids. For liquids with relatively high viscosity, a dosing mixer with larger power should be considered when selecting the model.

The following specifically introduces three commonly used types of mixers:

1. Three-blade propeller mixer The three-blade propeller type is generally a three-blade propeller type. It is the most typical axial flow agitator with high liquid discharge and low shear performance. Because of its strong circulation capacity and low power consumption, it can best reflect its advantages in low viscosity and small volume mixing and stirring. Therefore, it is widely used in low viscosity liquid mixing, reaction, suspension and dissolution with a small solid-liquid ratio. The detachable propeller blades are generally three-petal, flexible to disassemble and assemble, and convenient to use in occasions where they need to be disassembled into small pieces.

2. Inclined blade paddle mixer Inclined blade paddle can be divided into integral paddle type and detachable paddle type. Generally, it is a two-blade 45-degree bevel form, which plays the role of axial diversion and radial diversion. The liquid flow pattern in the mixing is more complex than that of the straight blade, and the discharge energy is higher than that of the straight blade. The comprehensive effect is better. If two or more layers are used, the effect is better. It is convenient to disassemble and assemble during use, and the maintenance is simple. The actual frequency of use is relatively high.

3. Anchor type and frame type mixer This type of mixer is generally used for slow large-scale mixing. Commonly used ones are right-angle frame type, right-angle cone bottom frame type, elliptical bottom frame type, anchor type, etc., which are suitable for mixing and reaction of high-viscosity liquids. Horizontal annular flow is generated. If it is a folded blade or angle steel blade, the vortex near the blade can be increased. Vertical blades and beams can also be added to the blade as needed to increase the mixing range.
