PVC Foam Board Making Machine With Foam Extruder Machine
This set of production line can be used to produce relatively thin PVC skin foaming board, the production thickness range is 1-10mm, the thinest can be up to 1mm, the production process is stable and efficient, is the ideal choice for making sheet.
PVC skin foaming board production line is independently developed by our company according to the German technology and the characteristics of domestic foaming products industry. It is composed of conical twin screw extruder, plate mold, shaping table, cooling bracket, tractor, cutting machine, manipulator and other parts.Extruder adopts specially designed screw, and the production line adopts imported electrical appliances, such as Siemens motor, ABB inverter, omron temperature control meter, schneider, etc.
